When trying to attend a Capitol Live (Adobe Connect) session I receive the error "Cannot find language file". How do I fix this?

Some students may have a problem accessing your Capitol Live (Adobe Connect) classes when using Internet Explorer version 9. You can either switch to another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Issue:

While trying to launch a meeting in IE 9, Add-in does not launch and gives an error: “Could not find language file….”

Solution:

Disable “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” option by following the below steps:

1: On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2: On the Advanced tab, scroll to Security, and uncheck “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” check box.

Try to launch the meeting again and it should launch fine.
